Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policies

  • We do not accept returns.
  • We do not cancel or refund orders once they have been placed.
  • Fro Butter will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged or otherwise impacted by circumstances outside of the customer’s control. Contact sales@frobutter.com to report damaged or missing items. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Fro Butter will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer. Fro Butter will not re-send items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. See our shipping policy for more information.

 

How to Cancel a Subscription for Future Orders

To avoid subscription renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 3 days before your renewal date. You may cancel manually from our online customer portal or contact us at sales@frobutter.com to cancel the subscription for you. 

Important: Cancelling your subscription will stop all future charges to your account, but will not refund any charges that have already been processed.
