Execution of the Agreement

Your order represents an offer to execute a Purchase Agreement. When you make an order or add to cart the item you intend to purchase, chosen your preferred payment method, proceeded to the checkout and completed the checkout process, Fro Butter will confirm your order. Your Order Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the Agreement. Instead, it confirms receipt of your order.

It becomes a Purchase Agreement only when Fro Butter dispatches the product to you and informs you either by email or by phone of the dispatch of your ordered product. Before your order is confirmed, you may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before Fro Butter accepts the order.

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Fro Butter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs will be added to these prices. Shipping costs information is displayed on our website and can be checked at the time of ordering. Prices at the time of order are correct, errors and omissions excepted.

Depending on your location, you might be subject to additional costs and/or taxes imposed by the relevant authorities. These costs are your expense and you will be required to pay them upon receipt of your shipment.

Shipping cost is non refundable once the item has been shipped.  

Refund

All Items purchases are non refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. 

Payments

Payments for all orders and purchases on the Fro Butter site are considered complete when made in full. Orders for which payments are yet to be completed shall not be processed.

Once you complete your order, you will get a text notification or email with a payment link. The link redirects you to select either Card or Mobile payment option, for you to complete the purchase.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fro Butter, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE

 

When you order a product, you offer to buy the product for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check correctly the price and variants of the products before placing the order.

When a user of the website with the intention of purchasing a product on the website, places an order, Fro Butter will send that user an email to confirm that the order has been received. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of the order details of their product. 

If the product is not available, the user will be informed of the website by email or phone.

Fro Butter may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue availability of products at any time in her sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

PRICES

 

All prices of our products include VAT.

Fro Butter reserves the right to determine the price for the products. Fro Butter will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the User will be informed of such error. 

PAYMENTS

 

The products will be paid through PayPal, Shopify, Amazon Pay and Google Pay (payment platforms available in Fro Butter).

The customer must pay the price of the product as stipulated on the order before, the product is shipped and delivered to the customer. Payment will be debited from your credit card or PayPal account, immediately on you placing the order for the product you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.  

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products. Fro Butter reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products.

All items purchased from Fro Butter are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Fro Butter shall insure ordered products at their retail value whilst being delivered to you. Please check the delivered products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
