AFFILIATE & AMBASSADOR DISCLOSURE

Fro Butter is owned and operated by Black Hair in the Nude LLC (“Fro Butter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Affiliate & Ambassador Disclosure explains how we work with affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, and content creators.

1. Affiliate Relationships

Fro Butter may partner with individuals or businesses (“Affiliates” or “Ambassadors”) who promote our products.

These partners may receive:

• Commission on sales

• Free products

• Discounts

• Store credit

• Other incentives

Compensation may be provided in exchange for promotion of Fro Butter products.

2. FTC Disclosure Requirement

All affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, and partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to Fro Butter when promoting our products.

This includes disclosure when:

• Receiving commission

• Receiving free product

• Receiving discounts

• Participating in sponsored collaborations

Disclosures must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and applicable advertising laws.

Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

• “Ad”

• “Sponsored”

• “Gifted by Fro Butter”

• “I may earn a commission from this link”

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand.

Failure to disclose material connections may result in termination of partnership.

3. Affiliate Content Responsibility

Affiliates and ambassadors are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring their content is truthful

• Avoiding false or misleading claims

• Avoiding unsupported medical claims

• Complying with advertising and consumer protection laws

Fro Butter does not authorize:

• Medical claims

• Claims that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

• Guaranteed results claims

We reserve the right to request edits or removal of non-compliant content.

4. Independent Contractors

Affiliates and ambassadors are independent contractors.

Nothing in this relationship creates:

• Employment

• Partnership

• Joint venture

• Agency relationship

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and legal compliance.

5. Use of Trademarks & Brand Assets

Affiliates may use approved Fro Butter brand assets solely for promotional purposes.

Unauthorized modification, misuse, or misrepresentation of our trademarks, logos, or product claims is prohibited.

We reserve the right to revoke usage permissions at any time.

6. Buy with Prime Disclosure

Purchases made through FroButter.com are processed via Amazon’s Buy with Prime service.

Affiliates should not imply that Fro Butter directly processes payments or ships orders.

7. Termination of Partnership

Fro Butter reserves the right to terminate any affiliate or ambassador relationship at any time for:

• Non-compliance

• False or misleading claims

• Failure to disclose material connections

• Brand misrepresentation
