Fro Butter is owned and operated by Black Hair in the Nude LLC (“Fro Butter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This User Content & Review Policy governs any content submitted, posted, tagged, shared, or otherwise provided in connection with Fro Butter, including on:

• FroButter.com

• Amazon product pages

• Social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and similar platforms)

We refer to all such materials as “User Content.”

By submitting User Content, you agree to the terms below.

1. Website Reviews

When submitting a review on FroButter.com, we may collect:

• Your name or display name

• Your email address

• Your written review

• Rating information

• Submission date

Your email address is collected for verification and administrative purposes only and will not be publicly displayed.

We reserve the right to:

2. Ownership & License Grant

You grant Fro Butter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Distribute

• Display

• Create derivative works

for marketing, promotional, advertising, or business purposes in any format or media without compensation to you.

You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

3. Disclosure of Material Connection

If you received:

• Free products

• Compensation

• Discounts

• Affiliate commissions

• Any incentive or partnership benefit

you must clearly disclose your material connection to Fro Butter in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising laws.

Failure to disclose may result in removal of content.

4. Accuracy & Product Claims

You agree that your User Content:

• Reflects your genuine experience

• Is truthful and not misleading

• Does not include unsupported medical claims

• Does not guarantee specific results

Individual results vary.

Fro Butter reserves the right to remove or edit content that:

• Suggests medical treatment or cures

• Makes unverified performance claims

• Implies guaranteed outcomes

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Is false, deceptive, or misleading

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Violates any law or regulation

• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene

• Contains spam, promotional links, or third-party advertising

• Includes private contact information

• Contains viruses or malicious code

6. Moderation Rights

Fro Butter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Monitor User Content

• Approve, edit, or reject submissions

• Remove content at any time without notice

• Disable review or comment features

We are not obligated to publish or retain any User Content.

7. Third-Party Platforms (Amazon & Social Media)

Content submitted through third-party platforms — including Amazon reviews and social media platforms — is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.

Fro Butter does not control Amazon’s review moderation or platform decisions.

Purchases made through Buy with Prime are processed and fulfilled by Amazon, and review data submitted on Amazon is governed by Amazon’s policies.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Hair in the Nude LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this policy

• Your violation of any law

• Your infringement of third-party rights

9. Right to Contact You

By submitting User Content, you grant Fro Butter the right to contact you regarding:

• Your submission

• Verification of your review

• Usage permissions

• Administrative matters

10. Limitation of Responsibility

Fro Butter is not responsible for User Content posted by third parties.
