We are committed to providing high-quality, small-batch hair care products.
All Sales Are Final (Website Orders)
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.
Purchases Made Through Amazon
Some products, including Fro Butter butters, may be purchased through Amazon.
If your order was placed through Amazon:
- Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon
- You must follow Amazon’s return process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your Amazon account
- Go to “Your Orders”
- Follow the return instructions
Fro Butter does not process refunds for Amazon orders.
Shipping Issues
Fro Butter is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
